DESCRIPTION:

ITINERARY. 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT - SAN JUAN DE CHUCCHO ROUTE
FIRST DAY: AREQUIPA - SAN JUAN DE CHUCCHO - SANGALLE (OASIS)

​

03:00 am to 03:30 am pick up passengers and departure to the town of Chivay (3 ½ trip), where we will have time for breakfast and then we will go to Cruz del Condor (1 ½ of the way by bus) where we will observe the majestic flight of the Condors and the incredible Colca canyon, we continue our trip to Pampa San Miguel from here we will begin our trek descending into the Colca Canyon, visiting the San Juan de Chuccho villages where we will have lunch after 3:30 hrs. hike. We continue our tour visiting Malata 1 hour later, 30 minutes later the town of Cosñirhua, and finally Sangalle - Oasis 1 ½ hours later. There we will have free time to enjoy the rejuvenating pools and the green landscape of the place. Dinner and overnight in bungalows (cabins)

SECOND DAY: SANGALLE - CABANACONDE - CHIVAY -AREQUIPA

​

05:00 am. Very early, before breakfast, departure to the village of Cabanaconde along a 3-hour climb road. Approximately at 08:30 we will arrive at the village of Cabanconde, where we will have breakfast and then board our bus back to the town of Chivay. On the way we will observe traditional towns such as: Pinchollo - Maca - Achoma, Yanque and the viewpoints of Antahuilque and Choquetico to appreciate the hanging tombs and pre-Inca scale models. Until arriving to Chivay where we will have time to have lunch and then return to Arequipa making stops at: Patapampa (viewpoint of the volcanoes / 4920 masl) - Tocrapampa - Vizcachani and Pampas Cañahuas
17:00 pm approximate time of arrival to Arequipa.
