DESCRIPTION:

ITINERARY. 3 DAYS 2 NIGHT - RUTA SAN JUAN

FIRST DAY: AREQUIPA - SAN JUAN DE CHUCCHO

​

03:00 AM - 03:30. AM Departure to the Town of Chivay (3:30 hours by tourist bus), where we will have breakfast, then we will go to the CRUZ DEL CÓNDOR (1 1/2 by bus) to OBSERVE THE MAJESTIC FLIGHT OF LOS CÓNDORES, then we will go to the town of Cabanaconde at this point PAMPA SAN MIGUEL we will start our walk into the Colca Canyon, arrival at SAN JUAN DE CHUCCHO (3 1/2 hrs walk) where we will have a restful lunch, rest and free afternoon, dinner and overnight . Total Hours of walking: 3 1/2 hours

SECOND DAY: SAN JUAN DE CHUCCHO - COSÑIRHUA - SANGALLE (OASIS)

After breakfast, we will start the walk towards Sangalle (oasis) we will go through the villages of COSÑIRHUA, (1 hour walk), MALATA (30 minutes) and we will arrive at SANGALLE (OASIS), (1:30 hours walk) after lunch We will have all afternoon free to enjoy the fresh and rejuvenating swimming pools, dinner and overnight. Total hours of walking 3 hours.

 

THIRD DAY: SANGALLE - CABANACONDE - CHIVAY - AREQUIPA

 

We start the hike at 5:00 am to the town of Cabanaconde, this walk lasts approximately 3 hours (climb) When we arrive at Cabanaconde we will have free time to rest and have breakfast and then we will resume our tourist mobility to Chivay, on the way we will make stops in the tourist places we will also visit the traditional towns such as: PINCHOLLO, MACA, ACHOMA, YANQUE. Once we arrive in Chivay we will have time to have lunch. After this we will return to the city of Arequipa and on the way we will visit the MIRADOR DE LOS VOLCANES (PATAPAMPA - 4920 masl) place from where you can see the chain of snow and mountains, we will also visit THE NATIONAL RESERVE OF SALINAS AND AGUADA BLANCA (Reserva We will finally be arriving in the city of Arequipa at (5:00 p.m.).
