DESCRIPTION:

At the indicated time you will be picked up from your accommodation to start our pedestrian tour starting at one of the oldest and most visited monuments, as well as the San Camilo Market with a history full of magic and tradition where you can observe all the variety of fruits and spices that are grown in the city and the country.

Pick up time: 1:30 pm from the accommodation. Start of the tour 2:00 pm approx. Approximate duration: 4 to 5 hours.
Tour: The tour begins with a visit to the Santo Domingo convent, built on the temple of the Sun Qoricancha, this temple served as a shelter for the different deities brought from other regions and mummies of rulers. The excursion continues to the Fortress of Saqsayhuaman, a magnificent military construction of the Incas that will make us move imaginatively to an ancestor of brave warriors, finally, our adventure will lead us to three sites of ritual architecture such as Q'enco, Pucapucara and Tambomachay, where We will glimpse the various cults that the Incas practiced, around an intricate network of platforms, niches and pools that to date continue to pour water from springs on high ground.
